1. Who we are
Singapore Assignment Help (singaporeassignmenthelp.sg) provides online assignment writing, editing and study support to students in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). 2. What we collect
When you contact us we collect what you give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, where you study, details of your task, your deadline and any files you upload, such as a brief, rubric or draft. When you browse the site we collect basic technical and usage data through cookies and analytics tools (see below).
3. Why we use it
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, match you with an expert, provide the service you ask for, handle payment and keep records we are required to keep. We do not use your work for any other purpose and we never publish it.

Only the expert working on your order, and service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example our web host, email provider and analytics provider). They may use your data only to provide that service. We do not sell personal data. If data is processed outside Singapore, we require a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

Files you upload are used only for your task and are shared only with your expert. We delete files after your task ends unless you ask us to keep them for follow-up work, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and whether forms are sent. These tools set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
>8. How we protect it
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to enquiries to the people who need them and keep our systems up to date. No method is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card numbers through our forms.
