Plain-English terms

Terms and Conditions for Our Assignment Services

The rules that apply to every order with Singapore Assignment Help, written in plain English. Please read them before you accept a quote. Last updated 22 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Singapore Assignment Help (singaporeassignmenthelp.sg) is an online academic writing and editing service for students in Singapore, running since 2010. Our registered office is at 7 Temasek Blvd, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Singapore Assignment Help, and “you” means the person who places an order. By accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

>

2. Our services

We offer five kinds of help: assignments written from scratch by a subject expert, finishing a half-written draft, checking and fixing a finished draft, editing and proofreading, and live one-to-one sessions on a brief. We also rewrite AI-written passages and check that references are real.

All work is done by people, not AI tools, and every reference we add is a real source you can open. What your order includes is set out in your written quote.

>

3. Quotes and orders

Send your brief through our submit assignment page, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 minutes with questions or a written quote in Singapore dollars. The quote states the price, the delivery date and what you will receive. Getting a quote is free and you are under no obligation.

An order starts only when you accept the quote and we confirm your payment. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, because expert availability changes.

>

4. Payment

You pay the amount in your accepted quote, in Singapore dollars, before work starts. Longer projects can be paid in stages agreed in the quote. The payment methods we accept are listed in your quote.

Never send card numbers or passwords through our forms, email or WhatsApp. If a payment is reversed or not completed, we may pause the order until it is settled.

>

5. Deadlines and delivery

We deliver by the date and time in your quote, in Singapore time, by email or another channel agreed in the quote. Long work, such as a dissertation, can be delivered in stages agreed in the quote.

Delivery dates depend on you sending the full brief and files on time. If key materials arrive late or the brief changes, the delivery date may move, and we will tell you as soon as we know. If we miss the delivery time in your quote, see section 7.

>

6. Revisions

Revisions are free when the delivered work does not match your original brief, rubric or instructions. Ask within the revision period stated in your quote and tell us what does not match. Your expert then revises the work.

New instructions, a changed question or extra words are not revisions. We are happy to help with them, and we quote for them separately.

>

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund.
  • After work starts: we refund the part of the price for work not yet done.
  • If we miss the agreed delivery time, or the work still does not meet the original brief after revisions, you can ask for a partial or full refund.
  • Refunds go back by the original payment method.

We cannot give refunds based on the mark you receive, because marking is the decision of your institution, not ours.

>

8. Your responsibilities

When you place an order, you agree to:

  • give us an accurate and complete brief, rubric, word count and deadline, and tell us promptly about any change
  • follow your institution’s academic integrity rules, including its rules on outside help, collaboration and AI use, and complete any declaration it asks for honestly
  • use the delivered work in line with those rules
  • be an adult under Singapore law, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent

If you are unsure what your module allows, check the handbook or ask your lecturer before you order.

>

9. What our service does not cover

Whatever the deadline, we will not:

  • sit, log in to or help during any exam, quiz, test or timed assessment
  • log in to your student portal, learning platform or email, or ask for your passwords
  • promise a grade, a mark, a pass or any Turnitin or AI-detector score
  • use AI to write your work, or add references that do not exist
  • contact your institution about you or share your files with it

If an order asks for any of these, we will decline or cancel it and refund any payment for work not done.

>

10. Confidentiality and your personal data

We keep your details, brief and files confidential and handle them under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Files you upload are used only for your task and are shared only with your expert. We delete files after your task ends unless you ask us to keep them for follow-up work, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time. We never publish or resell your work.

How we collect, store and delete your data is set out in our privacy policy.

>

11. Ownership and use of delivered work

Once you have paid in full, the rights in the delivered work pass to you. We do not publish, resell or reuse it for anyone else. Materials you send us, such as your draft, data or notes, stay yours.

Sources cited in the work belong to their authors. How you use the delivered work is your decision and your responsibility under your institution’s rules.

>

12. Limitation of liability

We take care with every order, but marks, grades and academic decisions are made by your institution, not by us. As far as Singapore law allows, we are not liable for any grade, academic outcome or indirect loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

>

13. Independence

Singapore Assignment Help is independent. We are not affiliated with, approved by or acting for any university, polytechnic, ITE, private education institution or SkillsFuture Singapore. Institution names on this site are used only to describe the students we work with.

>

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force on the day you accept a quote applies to that order.

>

15. Governing law

Please raise any complaint with us first by email (see section 16); we reply as soon as we can. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a problem cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts of Singapore will decide it.

>
